  If I could rate this place a 0 stars I would absolutely terrible service Q is extremely rude and disrespectful Kathy the GM has an attitude Q wants to slam my food in my face roll her eyes GM won’t do anything to correct her actions unbelievable

  I frequent Subway often. This Subway was absolutely exceptional. What is forcing me to review was not only the customer service of everybody but Kathy, the manager, stood out! She was so warm and kind and very positive. Since I was new to the area I asked where would be a nice spot to sit and eat she directed me right down the road very easy to get to as well as suggested checking out the local farmers market. Both were amazing! Thank you Kathy for giving me such a great experience and if I'm ever back in town I will definitely be visiting again.

  Stopped into the Spring Lake Subway tonight and was genuinely impressed with the service! I had been looking everywhere for a small pizza to grab for my daughter but couldn’t find one. Subway was my last stop before I gave up and just made homemade pizza instead. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by both ladies working. One of them came over right away to help me, and she was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She even suggested making my pizza into a meal, which I appreciated. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and they sent me off by wishing me a wonderful night. It’s so refreshing to receive such kind service these days. I’ll definitely be stopping back soon. Thank you for making the end of my evening a great one!

  Food was tasty until I found a long hair in the middle of my sandwich. Worker was friendly and did a great job...but we wont be back...yuck.
