  I had a terrible experience at the Wingstop on Evergreen Road in Southfield. The customer service was some of the worst I've ever encountered. The employees were rude, unprofessional, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. Instead of greeting customers or communicating respectfully, the staff had poor attitudes and made the entire experience unpleasant. Good customer service should be a priority, but that clearly wasn't the case here. I won't be returning to this location, and I can't recommend it to anyone looking for friendly service. Management needs to do a better job training employees on professionalism and how to treat paying customers with respect.

  went to stop today. I felt uncomfortable bc a worker i guess guessed my name and they all started laughing and passing phone around. this my last attempt to eat here. I changed my mind and didn't order and won't be back.

  DAMN why is every Wingstop in Detroit so awful? First they forget my fries, and they give me OVERCOOKED HARD BONELESS WINGS. What is going on???? I may just have to put Wingstop to rest at this point. The one on 6 mile is just as bad.

  The worst Wingstop in the world. Management is disrespectful and unreasonable. Giving orders away to the wrong people is crazy
