  I’ve never been in this store but used to do a lot of business with UPS store before I moved closer to this one.. The person who greeted me at the UPS STORE gave me a lot of attitude - almost as if me being white was offensive to her. I didn’t feel welcome at all. Aside from that, charging me $3 for a single one sided print out of an email is similar to highway robbery. Never again.

  I had a great experience at The UPS Store. The store was very clean, and the staff was friendly, patient, and provided excellent customer service. Aniyah and Ryan both went out of their way to make sure all of my returns were processed properly and made the entire experience quick and stress-free. Highly recommend this location!

  I have an unpleasant experience with the Person helping me at the counter with an important document to be mailed. Not professional. I ended up using a different business to mail the documents. I will not return to this Business

  Good experience by staff.Compared to USPS, short wait time, professional handling of gear packaging and efficient service. Printing of the receipt could be a little bigger though.
