  I really needed to get a fax response to the IRS for the nonprofit I am associated with. Joe was very helpful and able to get the long fax through, solving my problem. I had tried at another UPS Store near my home, but the fax machine there did not seem to be fast enough to get the job through. I went to a FedEx store and an Office Depot near me and both were much more expensive, plus I had to figure out how their machines worked and try (unsuccessfully) to do it myself. Best result and service at this business!

  The store does not order shipping supplies for overnight customers. The staff doesn’t even know what they are? Unprofessional staff

  Store 0053 has a team that is fast friendly and they resolve issues perfectly they have professional customer service the staff was knowledgeable and treated me with respect they worked efficiently and the team went over and beyond to make sure that my package was packed labeled securely and correctly.

  They are usually good here, but I went here today at 8:05 which is when I’m usually here because the only time I can go is before work because they close before I get out of work. There was a worker in there and she seen six of us standing outside and completely ignored us and never unlocked the door. I’m writing this at 8:15 in the morning and the door is still locked. Them not opening at the time they are supposed to is now making many of us late for work because I was talking with the other ladies outside and they said the only time they can go as well is right before work. I don’t have much free time as it is so for it to get wasted like this is incredibly frustrating
