  So let’s start with the nice lady that was in front of me. She ordered DoorDash for her food and realized the order was messed up. She called the store, he didn’t answer, so she came up there and was before me. He had an attitude and was arguing with her about the order he messed up.. and while she was telling him the correct way he told her to stop talking and still continued to mess up her sub while there. Now, my turn.. i ordered my food for future time for 2:55p, I placed my order around 2:20 plenty of time. I also called before I ordered to let him know that it wasn’t giving me an option to double toast online and would like both subs double toasted also I would like 2 sides of vinegar. When I arrived, I let him know I had an online pickup order for Jae. He asked me multiple times to show me the name when I showed him my order on my phone that clearly shows my name and telling him my name.. he finally gives me my order and I don’t have my two vinegars, so I ask for them and he gives me one. I asked if he could give me another one because I asked for 2.. he tell me 1 is enough.. again I have 2 subs which I told him.. I have two subs.. so he smacks his lips and makes me another one. And now that I’m home my two subs are not double toasted and looks like it was made early and was sitting for awhile even though I made it to be ready at 2:55. Do not go this subway on 8 mile and every green in the plaza. He is ridiculous, messes up orders and have a terrible attitude. I will not shop here again.

  If you enjoy a hot sub like myself,… don’t come here…. The meat is always cold!… I just left there,… I told the old man who was preparing to make my sub to please “heat the meat before you toast it”… I don’t know if it was stubbornness or not understanding but he insisted” I make good for you”… I didn’t want to debate so I got my sub took it home and of course the meat was cold like it had just left the refrigerator…… the bread was also day old bread…just terrible!

  If you order from here, don’t do it through the app. This is like one of those places where if you’re not watching them make it, they’ll throw it together any kind of way. I had the ultimate BMT, Philly sub, and a meatball marinara sub, all of them had barely any toppings. I asked for extra marinara, the sub was dry with little sauce. The ultimate BMT and Philly steak subs were so flat, they might as well had given me just bread. Don’t get me wrong, the place is clean and the staff are pretty nice, and when I order in store, the sandwiches are decent. I would recommend it, just not to online ordering
