  excelente atención y servicio! las hermanas propietarias son muy amables, atentas y siempre reciben a los clientes con una sonrisa. Me ayudaron con todo el proceso de manera rápida y profesional. la tienda está bien organizada y el ambiente es muy agradable.   The staff and the owners are so accommodating, helpful and sweet! My experiences have been nothing but great whenever I go. A super clean store and the music playing is always so great!

  My review is based on multiple visits my husband and I have made, but I finally felt compelled to share our experiences in hopes that UPS will take note and improve their frontline staff at this store, UPS Store #7258. I scheduled a notary appointment through their website, which offered only one time slot for the date I selected. I accepted that slot for today, June 12, at 2:30 PM. In my submission, I specified the document I needed notarized and received a confirmation email confirming my appointment. My husband and I arrived at 2:25 PM, where we found three employees present. One woman informed me that the notary wouldn’t be available until 3:30 PM. I explained that the website allowed me to book that time and that I had received a confirmation email. Her response was frustratingly rude, as if our presence was an inconvenience. She then added that the notary was delayed because she had another job. After I explained what I needed notarized, she rudely stated that they don’t notarize that type of document and advised me to go to another UPS store. It was incredibly disappointing to encounter such a lack of professionalism. There was no apology for the website’s oversight or any indication that I should have been informed ahead of time about the notary's unavailability. While I understand not all employees are rude, it’s disheartening that every visit has included at least one unpleasant experience.
