I buy art from estate sales all of the country, and I always ask for it can dropped off at a UPS Store for shipping. This now did the worst job I've ever seen. The box was almost twice as big as it needed to be, and they covered the frame of the art in packing tape! Luckily the tape came off ok, but it could have caused serious damage. Very sloppy

Have had two horrible experiences at this location and found the manager Bella very rude. The first encounter was when I came to get documents notarized for my mom. We had to wait for the manager, Bella, to show up and the worker there was not sure what time she would arrive. We came back a few hours later and while helping my mother, she left the store and did not say why. We were waiting about 10 minutes and we found out she was looking for a witness to complete the documents. I was waiting in the car with my son and could have easily come in and not wasted time. The second encounter was this past week when my husband brought back an Amazon return. My husband showed Bella the QR code to scan and she said he had to email it to her and pay 2.95 for a label. This has never happened before when doing returns with the other workers there. When my husband was trying to explain to her and show her the Amazon instructions to scan the QR code she ignored him and started helping another customer. He left and took the package to another UPS store where they printed the label and shipped it no problem and at no charge. Bella does this repeatedly to other customers as well. This is horrible customer experience and definitely not good manager behavior. Will happily drive further to avoid this store.
