Great experience at Advance Auto Parts in Shelby Township! Steve and his staff are by far some of the most knowledgeable people I’ve dealt with at any auto parts store in the area. They’re always helpful, professional, and take the time to make sure you get exactly what you need. Highly recommend this location!

The younger gentleman with yellow tinted glasses has absolutely no passion or clue what he's talking about yet still says it with confidence. It's an embarrassment when I come into your establishment and I'm told Ford doesn't make or sell a specific windshield washer hose when it's clearly visible on his screen and I have the part number documented. This isn't the first time I've had this happen and I will not let it happen again. I don't like to leave bad reviews but I feel this is necessary for management to see as I no longer want to do business here.
