  On the surface, it's a nice enough hotel, but we found it to be quite dirty. The elevator had various wrappers and bubble gum stuck in the corners. Our room had a giant wad of hair stuck to the vanity and hair sticking out of the hair dryer, I also found a receipt on the floor just under the edge of the chair from 4 days prior. Not a bad hotel, but a serious lack of cleaning.

  We stayed here numerous times with large groups, lots of room for fishing boats, amazing staff and awesome breakfast. Highly recommended!

  An absolute oasis, compared to the dump down by the locks that I bailed out on early after one sleepless night. This Best Western is nothing spectacular, but there are no surprises either (which is all I ask).

  They lady at the desk was great. Friendly and helpful. We had 2 rooms. One room the light by door kept flickering. Room 2 the a/c unit wouldn’t stop running even after changing the fan setting and the key pad on the door went dead so, we had to leave the door propped open if we were to leave the room without leaving someone in the room that could open the door. Front desk had no tools to replace the battery. Location of the hotel was not to horrible but was away from everything.

  The counter people were friendly, but unfortunately the room left a lot to be desired. The air conditioner did not work and no staff bothered to have maintenance check on it. The window blinds are old and did not work. Could see where obvious leaks were covered up under windowsill. Our daughter noticed blood on the comforter on our second night. Gross. We had to ask for new towels by second night. Overall, not a place we will return to nor recommend. Let me add that we were told 10$ for cot and were charged 15$ a day for our 3 day stay. We will not return. That place needs a complete overhaul.
