  I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at Advance Auto Parts. As a woman who came in knowing exactly what part I needed, I was treated like I had no idea what I was talking about. The two older gentlemen working there were dismissive, condescending, and seemed far more interested in explaining things to me than actually helping me. I was repeatedly told they didn’t carry the part I needed and was directed to another store that supposedly specialized in those parts. Ironically, the part I needed is something Advance Auto should carry. Rather than make any effort to help, they essentially brushed me off and sent me elsewhere. I happily took my business to AutoZone, where they had the exact part in stock, treated me with respect, and even offered to install it for me. The difference in customer service was night and day. If you’re looking for knowledgeable, helpful staff who treat customers with respect, I’d recommend AutoZone. I won’t be returning to this Advance Auto location. ⭐☆☆☆☆

  Staff is always amazing! Came in once to get my codes read and my spark plug was bad, they helped me fix it and told me about my error codes and how to fix them myself! I also came in again more recently to get my tire dropped, my cable was seized and they dropped the tire and put my spare on without charge. They are always nice and there is always stellar service!

  Super helpful and kind!! Wonderful staff helping my friend and I with a stuck spare tire :)
