  Great service, good breakfast, rooms were hotel rooms. For the price couldn't be a better spot. Even checked in late and had no issues, front desk was very polite and efficient.

  The hotel is very dated and not very clean. Mold in our shower, toilet shifted with use, dirty floor, uncomfortable and worn furniture. Did not feel it was clean throughout our 1 night stay, did not feel comfortable eating there, so left and went out for breakfast. Fitness center was poor--old equipment, no ventilation. Great location. Overall would not recommend.

  Overall a decent hotel for the price you’re paying. Nothing fancy but very adequate. Incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. The included breakfast each morning was fine (typical buffet fare - bagels, cereal, sausage, eggs, yogurt, bananas, etc). The room & bathroom were spacious & comfortable but with very dim lighting. We didn’t use the pool but I used the gym & it was a little underwhelming - I couldn’t get any of the cardio machines to work (even after plugging/unplugging the machines & turning the power buttons on/off). I used the free weights & that was fine. Good location.

  the hotel is older and in need of updates. my biggest complaints were there was no drinking water available. The room did not come with any water bottles in the fridge. There was no water in the lobby to refill your water bottle. There was a vending machine with the option of Dasani or Aquafina for $2/bottle. Cash only. There was no ATM. So my option for the weekend was refilling my water bottle from the tap out of a middle school water fountain by ice machine which looked like it was never cleaned. (We were there for a wedding, and had no rental car to go to a grocery store. And there were no ride shares or taxis available to go to a store). Also, we checked into the hotel at 3am after a long day of flying and slept in until 1130am when we were woken up to the housekeeper banging on the door as if it were the police trying to break in. I’m talking open palm slamming on the door like her life depended on it. I know because i jumped out of bed my heart racing thinking i had police at my door and when i looked through the peephole, she was doing the same thing to the room across from me. I used my chain to keep the door from being opened, so i’m assuming her card would only open the door so much and instead of her realizing someone was inside of the room and did not want her in there, she proceeded to slam on the door and give us a heart attack. There was no do not disturb sign for us to hang on the doorknob either. When it was time for us to check out and go home, 1030 rolls around and we’re packing, and we get a knock on our door. I open it up to a man and i said “oh we’re all set” (Thinking he was going to ask us if we need a towels) but instead he said “checkout?” and i said “yes” and he said “11am!?” and i was like “yes”. This was less of a courtesy reminder, more of a ride “hurry up and don’t go a minute over”.

  On July 26, 2026, made a reservation for a few nights starting on Aug 2, 2026 Plans changed due to family emergency. On July 29th(before any cancelation fee would be assessed) I called the hotel, ask to cancel reservation. Was told "system was down" but would "take care of it" when system is back up. Said thanks and i moved on. Weeks later I receive my credit card bill for $435.10. I called the hotel company and the hotel - apparently since the system "was down" my cancelation never got entered. Now the hotel(you folks) are fighting me on this charge that I canceled well in advance. I relied on your staff to follow thru with my cancellation request that I made on 7/29/26. I relied on your staff to ask for help if it was needed to cancel my reservation after my call on 7/29/26. I relied on your staff to document my call on 7/29/26 asking to cancel since I was told "the system was down". It's not reasonable for you to ask me "why didn't you call back to make sure it was canceled?" I don't ask about your training program however, I relied on your staff to do what i was told would happen with my reservation. Think twice before booking this hotel; the staff can be difficult and unhelpful.
