We came in today and it was mostly fine until we had our employee—by that I mean the one who worked with us—and she was just extremely rude the whole time. I didn’t catch her name but she stood out with her bright orange bangs. Anyways, she ignored me multiple times, and kept throwing me dirty looks. For context, I’m a pretty silent guy, I was there with my girlfriend who she was talking and joking with. I’m not sure what the reason for it was, maybe she thought I was making my girlfriend pay (which I didn’t) but she was rude up to the very end. We asked for the Moana cup and she said to us “first, Chips or Cookies?”. Harmless question but apparently we had to get the Chips or Cookies. That was fine but I didn’t know that when she asked and she didn’t make it sound like it was mandatory. I responded with “neither” and she looked at me with a face and said “that’s not how this works.” I understand being frustrated but if you don’t explain it right that’s on you.

Donavan was very pleasant and helpful, a breath of fresh air after a previous experience with a couple women. Even though he was the only one working and he was busy doing dishes, he was happy to help us! Thank you Donavan for a positive experience! Others could learn from you! 😊👍

The employees are aggressive especially the red haired female, and their food is disgusting chicken tastes like tuna, and the veggies are rotten especially the tomatoes.

Based on experiencing the employees talking rudely to a potential customer who was complaining that his child ordered food and did not receive it because of something that was said outside the establishment:, the employees refused service until an apology was made. I find this to be discrimination and the use of cuss words unprofessional for a restaurant. Normally I would enjoy the food offered from this establishment, but based on what I have seen and heard., they have lost my business in their establishment. I would advise those that wish to order from this Subway to be cautious with your words for if you say the wrong thing the employees demand an apology before serving you. I guess the policy of "the customer is always right" has taken flight and is not used here. I am not saying the employees have to take harassment but for the employees to make the establishment a hostile work environment because something happened outside of work is ridiculous. I will no longer eat at Subway.

whole staff needs to be retrained on what customer service is.
