  I highly recommend using ANY other Subway than this location. Bought and paid for a sandwich in the app and when I got there they told me they didn’t have the order. I showed them the app and that it was paid for and they refused to make the sandwich because they hadn’t received the order. The staff member I spoke to was rude and unprofessional and told me it was my responsibility to contact corporate to get a refund and refused to give me my money back or simply make my paid for sandwich.

  Walked into this location with nobody to be found. I stares at the uncovered meat and cheese for a good minute until somebody came out from the back. She was already wearing the vinyl gloves. She spoke incredibly soft. When I apologized and explained that it was hard to hear her as it is very loud on this side, she basically yelled at me. Rushed me through the entire process. Rude as can be. I should have walked away when I saw the meat and cheese sitting there uncovered because it was all warm when I took a bite. I don't anticipate eating at this Subway again. One last thing, you should clean your tables. There were literally no other customers in the establishment when I walked in. However, all of the tables were filthy.
