  The food was great! The service was mid. We ordered online and it said our food was done but we ended up waiting and additional 7 to 10 mins for it, which was no big deal. We sat at a table and waited but while we were waiting a worker yelled across the back cooking area at another worker "YOU BETTER WASH YOUR HANDS" and that kinda made me cringe a little. Then my husband went to the front counter and stood there about 2 mins untill the lady sitting at the counter in the front lifted her head to acknowledge him. It was probably just an off day, but still, service was lacking today.

  My husband and I decided to try Wing Stop, we'll we did not get wing stop. We went next door to KFC because we stood in the Lobby for 10 minutes literally at the counter waiting to place an order. And we we're ignored by what I was observing being told to another customer about 5 managers and 15 other employees. Very disappointed. I was really looking forward to some b Wings and Fries I've heard so much about. This was August 13th at 10:15 pm and they weren't even busy just having conversions with each other.   They did not start my online order until after I arrived. Waited almost an hour for a few wings. Staff is very unprofessional. People that arrived after me and placed their order when they got here received their food before me. I do no recommend going here and I will never be back due to how I was treated.

  Ordered online, took my my money. No record of my order. Did a chargeback 30 minutes after they took my money because there is no one to talk to at wingstop support. 10 minutes after the chargeback i get an email saying my food will be ready in 15 minutes. No one is waiting 45 minutes to an hour for wingstop chicken.
