They tell you exactly what you need to return and send things through them and are kind enough to let you know if you have to take your package somewhere else.

The attitude of these people is horrible. They always act like you’re a bother and they are never helpful. I absolutely hate coming here. Instead of being condescending and a jerk you could just tell the customers in a polite way what they are missing for turns.

Do not use them. They were supposed to pack our box. They didn't, it was valuable family dishes. Broken when received, store employees lied and said that we didn't ask for packing.
