  This is strictly about the delivery drivers. They have gotten significantly worse of the the last 2 years. They are constantly late and/or delayed. Most of the time they don't even attempt to deliver on the first day or two of "out for delivery", they just quit and go home. Or more specifically they will literally drive by your place, and then update that "delivery was attempted but failed". If they even do deliver, they often don't actually check the addresses to verify location, and just dump the parcels randomly and call it close enough. Update: As you can see from their reply in my other review, UPS says they take ZERO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN DRIVERS. Proudly admitting that is sad and pathetic instead of the flex they seem to think it is. Avoid UPS if you have the option. They don't care. And they openly admit it.

  This location was close to home & made an Amazon return as simple as it could be. I didn’t need to bag or box the creature - just return it in the product box & show the assigned QR code. It took minutes to drive there & drop off the return & my account was credited almost instantly.
