  Went here because it was closest to my house to get my husband our weekly lunch date. Ordered online both times. First time, it was made wrong. I just figured i would eat the bullet because I had to put it in there wrong or something. Who eats bbq on a spicy Italian? So I just left it. Next Thursday comes along and I do the same thing. I made sure it was entered in correctly and took a screenshot. It was made wrong again so I said something before I left. The put bbq on both subs! They told me they wouldnt be anything about it because I ordered online... I showed them the screenshot and explained that their computer system was messed up. I was ok with a replacement or just remaking them. I was told no but they would give me a 20% coupon for the next visit. $50 for two different visits just thrown away. Two weeks in a row my husband's lunch was messed up. I will never return to this location.

  Julie is worthless i stood in the lobby for 15 mins while she was outside on the phone then comes in and tells me "its been a morning" Inexcusable. She was here by herself which speaks volumes about the management. All in all ill be disregarding orders from this subway and would never eat here.

  The employee that was working tonight was very rude on 5/23/2026. Before we could get two meal made had pay for the meals first. Never heard of that before but ok. Paid for the meal for them made 730 ish by this time finish making give drink has getting drink she run to the door an lock the doors held the door open. While to other customers where inside. Where was working need be talk to or fired.

  The workers here are phenomenal i stop by here everyday before work to grab lunch my only problem is how the manager changed something that doesn't need changing? You now have to pay for your food before you make it and slows down the whole process alot... usually im in and out but now it take around 10 minutes just from there being on other person in there! I don't got time for that I go to subway to get my food quick!!!
