5/12/26 4:13 pm Server 1206. Great service. But more important that I received it, but to another customer. An elderly woman probably close to 80 years old. She was treated with great patience in selecting the items for sandwhich. I think she had gift card and maybe rewards card. Overheard explaining everything at checkout. When I paid I acknowledged the service she provided that women. The response was the best, I just imagine if that was my grandmother. That type of attitude is internal and not learned in corporate training. I hope managemrnt recognizes what an assest they with her workng there.

Very disappointed that you are not participating in the 699FL promotion. Probably not going to use this location anymore. That's is ridiculous when the add is on tv.

The staff here (male worker named Dave, in particular) gave us *terrible* customer service. We were buying dinner for our entire family, and when we said that we needed 6 sandwiches, the employee sighed, rolled his eyes, and started slamming the paper wrappers down on the counter. For $40 worth of sandwiches, I don't need to be treated like I'm ruining someone's day just by walking into the establishment. I do not intend to visit this location ever again.

Food was good. The wraps are great. But the service here was a little slow aand microwave a CS cash machine were both down
