  Management should be ashamed. I’m writing this knowing they read the reviews. Having one lady working by herself and not a single person to help her not even a manager on duty so if there is an issue she won’t be able to deal with it. Everyone in the restaurant with me wants to help her out and jump behind the counter she is so busy. Seriously shame on management.

  Shame of subway for having a poor elderly women working by herself. She was trying her best to keep up she definitely deserves a raise.

  Really disappointed in the Tittabawassee location, and will choose a different store next time. The man working was so incredibly rude. We came in with a pickup order on our lunch break from work. He was rude when I asked if they had salt and vinegar chips (selected when placed online order). Got home and realized no dressing for my salad. When I came back, he looked at me, rolled his eyes and said “what?” I asked for dressing because there was none on my salad. He rolled his eyes and said “when I am done with everything else I am doing.” The people in line were wide-eyed and shook their heads. I left there and bought dressing elsewhere. That man needs to change his attitude or never work in customer service again.

  Awful experience! Late going back for my lunch because they have 1 worker during lunch rush! The add ons looked gross through the glass and when I started eating my lettuce was all brown and my pickles as well! Meat was cut so thick. not how it use to be and overall absolutely disgusting food! $12 is what I paid for trash food and horrible service! Threw the sub out after a couple bites I’m sure I will get food poisoning now! If you can’t properly staff your restaurant please close it! The food quality, prices, and wait times are despicable! So gross 🤮 Has to be a health code violation how those veggies are stored and being sold past expiration!
