  I had placed a mobile order for pick up I ordered my daughter a sub and asked to have a sauce that comes on it removed I ordered thru door dash well on my end it said to re.ove the sauce on their end it did not I tried explaining to the girl that my receipt says something else she refused to look at it said it didn't matter they weren't allowed to remake it even though my receipt clearly showed I wanted it removed she called the manager as I requested but then started yelling at me and cussing me out telling me I'm accusing her of messing up my order even tho I was just trying to show that on my end it says the sauce needed to be removed I was upset because it wasn't a little thing my daughter will not and can not eat the sauce that comes on it so they were forcing me to keep a mess up I could do nothing with and be out $9 and had to order another one all while being cussed out by an employee she was yelling stuckibg her tounge out at me bucking at me insulting me while I'm still trying to have my daughter order remade the right way but the much younger more mature worker the one yelling and screaming acting a fool was 37 a grown woman acting like a child and the other employee was only 16 and acting way more mature and professional it's amazing you literally can not get good service in the simplest places anymore I am also 37 and would never carry on with a paying customer the way she did I never got loud with her until she did and to top it all off they threw away my other sandwich that I had already paid for that they refused to remake and I still had to pay to have it remade so they basically stole $9 from me but I appreciate they manager for being professional and I appreciate the younger girl for being mature in the situation I tipped her because she deserved it but I do not recommend the restaurant especially while they have that employee working for them she was completely unprofessional and childish

  Great service I've been to all these fast food restaurants around here and they by far got the best service very great people to deal with I work in the area and get fast food lunch and their service makes you want to come back to them
