  Don’t ask for your sandwich toasted after 8pm, apparently that’s when they clean the oven to go home at 10:30.

  I went in Saturday night a black lady was s working and very rude. I walked out and yesterday the old guy was rude and again i walked out. Why doesn't management do something about the old guy who smells and needs a shower and the other lady. I will never go into this subways ever again and will be notifying corporate. People work hard for their money and don't need to be treated like crap by these 2 employees. Get rid of them or lose lots of business other friends of mine have already stopped going to bay rd c a use they don't appreciate the ridiculous bad service and remarks.

  I ordered pick-up 2/13/26 at 7:35pm. I ordered three sandwiches. A footlong for me, a footlong for my girl, and a six inch for our son. Every sandwich was wrong beyond the typical minor things that tend to happen with pick-up orders. Whoever was working needs to reevaluate where they're at in life, because "Sandwich Artist" is not it.

  Old dude had an attitude. He barely puts any veggies on and when you ask for more he says, "that is is more". He is impatient and has an attitude. The spinach looks nasty as he'll. Like it should had been tossed out hours ago. Ask if he can open the fresh one that is not nasty looking was told no. Dude that should have been tossed. Even the lettuce was starting to look bad. Got 4 subs... didn't really put anything on any of them. Worst subway I have been too...
