  Manager was horrible training a new person after lunch rush when slow. Shouldn't have had been training by himself. Forgot things that a manager should have known. Also forgot to cut the sandwiches. As well as forgot bacon on my chicken bacon ranch sandwich. I was displeased with the service and they weren't busy at the time either. Only person in the store besides my coworker that was getting lunch also.

  The owner makes you pay for your food then walk through the line of people to start the process of making it. Could have sworn Subways policy says otherwise. Warm in the store and no covers on Tuna or chicken, and the one employee is always overwhelmed but doesnt pull his pants up or wear and apron and looks at his phone any random time he feels like it during the process. Horrible franchise.

  I stood in line for 20 minutes. In that 20 minutes the one kid working by himself made one sandwich and one protein bowl. Then he tried to tell me I had to wait while he made an online order. I told him no, I did not. I have been standing here all this time cooking. I've got one sandwich. You can make it for me. Then for the second time in a row, I found out there was no bacon. It felt like all of the ovens were on and none of them were. He also dropped the knife. Went back in the prep area, rinsed it under water, and came out wiping it down with his shirt!

  Worst subway by far in saginaw the workers there I'd clean house plus hours are wrong close at 8 or was told they've been closed with a open sign still on and still gave food to someone after I left

  Older lady was super friendly. The gentleman who took my order did not welcome me in, forgot to cut my pizza and forgot to give me my cup for my drink. I did hear him say it was his 3rd day on the job however, the job is pretty easy and its hard to forget to cut a pizza/ clean.The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and look like they have not been cleaned in weeks. It smells in there and the toilet is rancid. The dining area is not clean either. As someone who used to manage a subway myself for years, this upset me as a prior Manager.
