  I have been a cricket customer for a long time. My phone broke yesterday and i was freaking out, i walked into the store around 5 last night and was very frusterated and explained the situation to Mark the sales rep that was working at the time. He was so understanding and so helpful and funny to. I left feeling so much better and a new phone in my hand. I 100% reccomend Mark to anyone!Hes a keeper for sure! 🙂

  Evan was great in assisting me with my needs. He was very helpful in getting me set up and answering any questions I had about my warranty and also the insurance plan that I got for my plan. Sometimes us older people need that kind of special help and patience that he showed.
