  Went in with a box I've used many times before it was measured larger than the box had ever been measured before, 25 x 13 x 7 the box measures 24x12x6. That is what the tape measure showed when the employee measured it. I mentioned it to the person running the register and he said oh. "If it's larger then I measure it by even a fraction I get 'dinged.'" Well, That's not my problem but it does make a difference in the grand total. I brought it up to a manager and he said boxes grow after you pack them. They seem to double down on the idea that it was larger than the tape measure showed it to be. Not the way I want to do business.

  Every time I visit this store the staff is amazing.. Super helpful no attitude always willing to go the extra mile even if you make a mistake they help you! Liam especially, Thank You!
