Arrived at 8:59 AM. They open at 9 AM. I waited until 9:05 and it was still closed and it appeared no one was in the store - lights off, no employees, door still locked. The FedeEx website also showed 9 AM. I know I got there directly at opening time, but still, you’re a professional business. I unfortunately had to leave and go to work. I was already bummed because this is the closest location, and it opens later at 9 AM, so I was already waiting for them to open. I don’t know if this was a one-off occurrence, but I was disappointed in the time I wasted waiting to go here

Absolute worst. Had a 1200 PC shipped from this store and the handlers damaged my product for my customer. Cost me a lot of money. The claims department is awful with even worst online support. I do not recommend. Wouldn't even give me a refund. After the claims department gave me a hassle after hassle. The website won't submit my invoices. So now I'm waiting for claims to get back to me. Per usual FedEx disappointment

Better than the 14/Woodward location in terms of staff but seemingly less equipment. Great for quick prints though and they still have everything you'll need.
