  You cannot close in the middle of the day for 30+ minutes WITHOUT NOTICE when customers specifically come here, hunt down a parking spot, and pay for parking. Management needs to pay for two employees to work if you have to close for people to go on break.

  Service is usually slow and less than stellar. also, they aren't open 30 minutes after the stores posted open hours. No idea why or when they'll decide to open.

  Arrived at 8:59 AM. They open at 9 AM. I waited until 9:05 and it was still closed and it appeared no one was in the store - lights off, no employees, door still locked. The FedeEx website also showed 9 AM. I know I got there directly at opening time, but still, you’re a professional business. I unfortunately had to leave and go to work. I was already bummed because this is the closest location, and it opens later at 9 AM, so I was already waiting for them to open. I don’t know if this was a one-off occurrence, but I was disappointed in the time I wasted waiting to go here
