  I placed an online order and when I arrived to pick up my food A disgruntled employee just stared at me while in the middle of making someone else’s sandwich right in front of them…rude. Then asked me what I was there for and tried to say another name that was not mine…as if she was trying to slip me up and confuse me. She was making it very difficult to communicate with her and I just had to talk over her to inform her my name so I can pick up my order. Once I got my order I drove home and when I arrived I was disappointed to see that they did not read any details pertaining to my preference and order fixations. Once I called the store to inform them so kindly that my order was not made correctly, the store complained back to me and said “this happens every order…” I believe this store should be shut down and replaced with a Jimmy John’s. They are bringing nothing more than their own issues from their own lives and putting them into the sandwich’s their making.

  The best subway around, every single employee there this afternoon somehow made this miserable day better, and I'll remember that.
