Went through drive thru this evening (4-21-26) approx 5pm. Ordered a foot long sub and 2 cookies, customer service rep convinced me to purchase 3 cookies for $0.11 more and said it was a great a deal! So naturally I said sure I will buy 3 cookies. The olive oil I requested on my sub tasted rancid. I requested banana peppers and there was not any. To add op it off they only gave 2 cookies after I had agreed to purchase 3 because it would cost $0.11 more…

walked in at 8pm. they close at 9. they were in the back doing something we could hear so we waited for them to be done. 12 minutes, no one came. finally my boyfriend said hello, nothing. they walk up after the second hello. they say nothing so i asked “are you closed?” they shook their head no and said i’m the only one here with an attitude and acted very displeased that we were there. i then told them ill be going somewhere else, she walks away without a word. SO PLEASE close the door if you don’t want customers !!! it’s an hour before close NOT 10 MINUTES WE WOULDN'T HAVE BOTHERED IF THE DOORS ARE CLOSED. have us standing in there for 15 minutes just to go somewhere else.

carla helped me out making an order when i didn't have the means to go through the drive through and it means so much to me that the employees here would take the time to make sure that their customers get the best experience. i appreciate this subway team so much, they're always delightful, friendly, hardworking, and they make great food!! thanks guys!
