  While I was driving I had a problem with my headlights flicking on and off and so I pulled into this auto parts store in desperate need of help. It was as the store was starting to close so I totally understand that the lady at the front desk did not want to help out totally valid reason and understandable. But out of nowhere Andrew came in like Superman even though he had just clocked out of his shift and even though the store was closing he still decided to come take a look at my car and gave me some good suggestions to fix it for the very next morning his suggestions worked out amazing and my car now has headlights. So Andrew if you are reading this I did make it home safe and I have new headlights and I appreciate your kindness and your willingness to help! 10 out of 10 highly recommend Andrew.

  I had to pull off the highway on my drive home from work when my check engine light came on. I was able to get to the Advance Auto Parts where they quickly ran a Check Engine Scan. The issue was something my husband and I decided not to risk driving on as I was 43 mins from home and he was at home with our young child. I waited in the parking lot for 3 hours for a tow but the staff was amazing, especially when they saw the stress of the day had driven me to tears in my car. They offered me help, to come into the AC, use the bathroom. Their service and kindness went well above anything they needed to offer.

  I was having a battery problem on my car came to advanced auto in Rockford on 10 mile. Jon helped me out. Check my battery for me and my alternator. I didn’t have any tools we noticed that the drown terminal was corroded so he loosened it and cleaned it for me took care of the problem for me. Got me back on the road Flashaar rating for me good man stand-up guy.
