  I'd been with another agency for almost twenty years, and pricing was getting out of hand, though I had a good driving record and was a very loyal customer. The transition was difficult, but Thea Collins and her team were patient, and and worked with me to find a policy that fit my needs the best. It's only been several months, but so far, so good!
