  I ordered my food through the app so I can just walk in and pick it up. I order a turkey sub on whole wheat with provolone add salami, banana peppers, black olives, jalapeños, pickles and extra mayo like HEAVY mayo. I get there at the time and they say we can l’t do the salami because you didn’t pay for it (I always know to pay when I get to the store) because you can’t add salami on the app. So my subs aren’t ready when I get there thank god I didn’t have anything going on then they throw this sub together and it’s honestly terrible. I have like 4 slices of salami, maybe 10 black olives 10 slices of pickle and maybe 2 tablespoons of mayo. They looked very unhappy to be doing their job and it’s frustrating because it’s not cheap and when I ask for a sub a certain way it should be made the way the customer wants it. Just very unhappy.

  Rushed here after work. Got here 8 minutes before closing and was told “we’re closed” when I got inside. The lady wasn’t pleasant about it either. If you’re closing early, lock the doors. Two stars because I usually don’t have a bad experience here

  I frequent this location often due to its location. I place both in store and mobile app orders. The food is always prepared as requested and the customer service I receive is great.

  Sorry but the food quality has really gone down at this location. Gotten sick to my stomach the last 2-3 times I ate here. Meat tastes weird, the lettuce is yellowed and browning, the cheese hardly tastes like anything. Not sure what's happening.
