Woman making the sandwiches had a very hard time comprehending anything. Had to repeat ourselves multiple times on what we wanted and even the toppings and she still put items on our subs that we didnt ask for. Definitely feel the staff needs retrained or get new staff all together. This subway used to be good but has been going downhill fast even after the new ownership changes. I wish I could have left 0 Stars.

I have been a 15 year resident with plenty of experiences from here, this one is by far the worst. Purchased 3 sandwiches today from here, paid over $30. I told him light sauce each one was SOAKED in sauce, pickles and banana peppers weren't strained at all, so when we went to eat, each sandwich was soggy as sin. Disgusting. No one wants a soggy sandwich for $10. Bottom of the bag and all 3 wrappers soaked through, about lost my whole order on the floor. New guy there too, retrain your persons please, cause I also waited 32 minutes for my order as he was making a 12" and 6" Doordash order before me.

I walks into the door, chicky leaves for a break. After standing for 10 mins while the ONLY employee went smoked a cigarette and played on her phone, I got irritated and left.
Gas attendant informed me that no one has been to the subway counter in at least 45 mins... So why in the heck I couldn't be served...
I SERIOUSLY DISLIKE THE DETROIT AND IT'S SURROUNDING AREAS.!!!!!!!
