  The service is always fast and friendly. Im always greeted with a smile and if i have questions, the staff is knowledgeable and is glad to help. They also always make me aware of any in store deals or services that I could benefit from. The UPS store in Richmond Michigan is an amazing store and the only UPS store I use. Even when im closer to another location, I wait until Im heading home so I can stop at "MY" local UPS store. The kindness and smiles keep me coming back. Oh! And its SUPER clean! Im a cleaning lady so i know clean!
