  Overall I can say I gave it a try. Use to go out of my way for lunch because the customer service and food were always better than the one closer to me about a year ago I’d say give or take and the past 3-4 months I’ve been back on this side of town. I’ve tried and tired different days different times and always get the same snobby or Inconsiderate attitude just about every time. I’ve even tried going same time same day during the week a few times when it was below average service would tip and try but I’d be better off spending the extra money on myself instead of them and go across the street to firehouse. New ownership or management whoever’s to blame lost a consistent easy going customer and I know I’m not the only one.

  This is the worst subway around!!!! They forget many items, several times. My last sandwich , they forgot the meat. I’ll never order from here again!!!

  Pay with cash. I worked food service for a decade so I always tip if I can. But this person put gratuity on without asking. It was between five and six dollars so it wasn’t anything insane, it was about on par with what I would’ve tipped. (in cash) so I just didn’t tip any cash, I was too tired to really call them out on it. But I can’t stand that kind of behavior, it's deceitful and basically stealing from customers, that’s messed up. That said, the restaurant seem clean. The food was decent. If you pay in cash, it might not be that bad, but it was worth leaving a review to inform others.
