  Updating my previous review: This location has really improved over the last year. The staff is very much more responsive and friendly. Our frequent visits are now good experiences vs. what it was. Thank you for treating us so well.

  I'll give them a 2 because it's convenient. That's why we come here. It's certainly not for a friendly smile or person behind the counter. In fact, my 6 year old comment "why are these people so rude always when we smile at them mom". I often wonder why they even go to work. I get customer service is hard but c'mon....It's just sad. I hope they can smile at someone throughout the day at least. Maybe not anyone we've ever seen but maybe if they were nicer they'd be surprised that people aren't so bad.

  Just left. The person who made our $8.00 6" subs was one of the rudest people I have ever met. Obviously she hates her job. There were two employees, the smaller one seemed nice. Unfortunately we didn't have the pleasure of experiencing her. Won't be back!

  Food is good. But always catch an attitude from Sam. Lady hates her job and it shows.

  This is by far the BEST subway. I order there a lot! Cheaper than most fast food too, and the online coupons are awesome.
