  I've been fairly indifferent to a preferred auto store in town, but now I'll be regularly coming here. Both team members were polite, friendly, and helpful. They listened to me, felt honest about everything, and didn't push anything unnecessary. Product was far cheaper than expected. I have zero complaints.

  Went into the store with a wheel seal for a trailer. Its not the point of this store not having the part. The person could not bring up the part by the part number. He was telling me the part number was for floor mats. He tried to locate it but this was just a waste of time. Advanced not having the part isn't the issue no one did. The issue was the fact he was clueless.

  Tell you they can get your part and by a certain time, and have always fallen short. Sometimes I need a part fast because I repair work vehicles. In this case time is money. When you tell me you can get a part by a certain time and day, you need to be able to follow through. For one, I stop looking for the part, for two When the part doesn't come than that vehicle can't be out doing it's job. Loosing money. I have had this done to me more than one time and when I show up get my part, it's not their. Unacceptable. I have learned my lesson, never trust them to get a part on time. Therefore don't use them for anything, ever. I will take my business elsewhere.
