  I had a very disappointing experience at the Subway in Perry, Iowa. Me and my boyfriend decided to eat dinner. The older man making the sandwich was unfriendly and came across as rude during the entire interaction. On top of that, the younger employees were slamming materials around and yelling, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable and unprofessional. Overall, the customer service was awful and not welcoming at all. I hope management addresses these issues because it really hurt the experience. Lori always does a good job but she wasn’t there.

  I love subway, it’s one of my favorite places to eat so I’m sad to say I will no longer be going to the Perry subway because of the store atmosphere, how the customers and staff are treated poorly, and the poor quality of my subs. I work in town and have heard from co-workers that their subs are often messed up when ordering from there.

  Ask for topping three times an still there was not very much,she made it look like she was putting more on by running her hand down the sub,but maybe four or five pieces of bell pepper came out,I gave up asking for more because it was ridiculous to watch,I wont be going back to that store,if you spend ten dollars plus for a sub you should at least get vegetables you ask for
