The employees were so kind and acted like normal human beings. No apathetic stares, were casually talking about their homesteading and working at kind of a quick pace. It was actually pleasant to be there 10/10 the best subway I've been to
The food was okay. A lot of bottled drinks and chips were not stocked so there were few choices for meals. The cookie were barely cooked. My sandwich wasn’t offered to be toasted or bagged but my colleague was offered both. Retraining staff is key.

Every mobile order I’ve placed here has been completely wrong. Wrong stuff on even the wrong bread. Sometimes they will skip extra paid stuff added as well. I’ve tried to file complaints, but the manager just closes the complaints and marks them as resolved with no actual resolution. I have never received any form of refund for my messed up orders.
The last time I went, they tried giving me someone else’s order twice and then made me wait for half an hour just to find out they made mine half an hour ago and it was just sitting there getting cold.
I am honestly shocked by just how low the amount of effort is put in by the people who work here. I recommend going to any other subway instead if you are doing a mobile order.

Overall decent people when it comes to workers, but Crystals customer service is absolutely terrible. Every time I come in she is snippy with customers, and doing nothing but complain and curse under her breath. That's unacceptable for a child friendly fast food place, especially complaining so much in her public position.
