  I dropped off a package printed off a label paid for the label paid for the package to be shipped as a return they double scanned it and sent it back to my house and then asked me to pay for it again a few days later all because of incompetency so I would make sure the person in charge is paying attention also the people picking up the package need to pay attention this is uncalled for and cost of customer money not once but twice and would not refund me even though it was their fault and it shows that they scan the package twice during the return process Big update!! So Chris end up helping us and getting this sorted out he was a great help after above review where the older lady refused to do her job and get this fixed Chris went above and beyond and fix our issue praise to him he should definitely be the manager or be the one in charge of the store he saw the issue that was created and was able to re fix the. Chris is awesome
