  It's always nice to go in there they have adequate supplies and staff is very informational and helpful I didn't like the day that I was in there she was understaffed but managed well I will say that people have to learn how to be patient especially when staff is by themselves I'm responsible for me so that's how I took it I waited in line and I even didn't have things to do and if somebody wanted to go before me I was more than happy but she was very knowledgeable

  They are so efficient. It’s so convenient for my Amazon returns plus it’s free to return from my location. They’re also always very fast and very nice.

  I dropped off a package printed off a label paid for the label paid for the package to be shipped as a return they double scanned it and sent it back to my house and then asked me to pay for it again a few days later all because of incompetency so I would make sure the person in charge is paying attention also the people picking up the package need to pay attention this is uncalled for and cost of customer money not once but twice and would not refund me even though it was their fault and it shows that they scan the package twice during the return process Big update!! So Chris end up helping us and getting this sorted out he was a great help after above review where the older lady refused to do her job and get this fixed Chris went above and beyond and fix our issue praise to him he should definitely be the manager or be the one in charge of the store he saw the issue that was created and was able to re fix the. Chris is awesome
