  Went in on 5-16-26 around 5pm. Ordered online a Club footlong. Picked it up, bun was hard. Went back inside politely asked for another sandwich because the bun was hard. She took the sandwich in the back, then came back and yelled (a lot of people in the restaurant) across the room “you didn’t even open it, how do you know it’s hard. I said you can feel it thru the paper. So she said she would make another one but all that is left is the wraps or the same bread. She said they are all the same. So she said she would give me a refund. I said what proof do I get to show you are refunding me and she said I only have this paper in my hand and I can’t give it to you. Call the manager if you don’t see the refund. Very rude, will never go back to this place.

  The last three times I ordered ahead get to the store and they notify me they are out bread, out of meat, this that, one time sure, now three times after I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes for a pre ordered pick up they can’t make it. One you took my money, two my 45 minutes of my life I can’t get back, oh sorry and waiting 5 days for a refund does not make me feel better. Been a joke since I moved back.

  Went in to get food and everything was great until the lady that was ringing people up was very rude to me and several other customers yelling “what’s the sandwich” while rolling her eyes at everyone she was wearing a jersey that said subway. Which people could be nicer.
