Very uncomfortable time at the Subway. We were headed to Pine Knob. Only one car there, so we ordered in the parking lot and pulled up to check in at the drivethrough, and the employee said, "You'll have to wait. There are people ahead of you." I didn't have a chance to say it was a mobile order. After over 5 minutes of waiting, I thought I was missing something, so I pulled up to the window. No one ever came, so I had to go inside. I asked where to pick up mobile orders, and the employee said, "You can't just pull up from the drive-thru like that. Now you'll have to wait because there are people ahead of you." Very snotty and condescending young lady. I said we were going to be late and that our order was supposed to be ready. She shrugged. Yes, I was upset, but it was warranted. Not a modicum of customer service. There was no reason for any of this attitude because she was making our stuff and could've said so. I was waiting when I noticed a bag on the counter. I asked if that was mine and why didn't she let me know. She said, "Well you're sitting right there." What a rude kid. I'm glad mine don't act like that. I would be embarrassed to have hired this young lady. What you can you expect post-covid at a Subway in Ortonville, MI? Very little, apparently.
