  No long waiting very nice people and parking was very easy the place was clean and did i mention fast service.

  Went in with about 10 minutes to make quick copies. One lady was vacuuming the other behind the counter. All both of them kept saying we close in 10 minutes, then went to 5 minutes. Instead of helping people with questions they just kept yelling when they were closing. If they had helped people it would have moved faster to get people out. Very unprofessional. I quickly left without my copies and went to office depot.

  The tall "gentleman" needs to find a different job. Immediately after I walked into the store, she had the look of a person that was looking forward to the end of "her" shift. After having to tell "her" my account number 5 times, putting my package into a FedEx envelope, "she" told me I needed to go to a different FedEx to process my order. At least her boss handled the problem. That's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars.
