The tall "gentleman" needs to find a different job. Immediately after I walked into the store, she had the look of a person that was looking forward to the end of "her" shift. After having to tell "her" my account number 5 times, putting my package into a FedEx envelope, "she" told me I needed to go to a different FedEx to process my order. At least her boss handled the problem. That's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars.

It varies a lot by day and attitude of employees. I've had 1 star experiences and 5 star experiences with the same exact people.

Exceptional service deserves recognition. Diamond and Store Manager Liz at FedEx on Greenfield Road provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. They were kind, professional, patient, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Their willingness to assist, answer questions, and ensure everything was done correctly made a lasting impression.
It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the people they serve. Their positive energy, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence turned a routine visit into an outstanding experience. FedEx is fortunate to have such dedicated employees representing the company. Thank you, Diamond and Liz, for going above and beyond! You are truly appreciated!
