  My fragile package came damaged. There was a big hole in the box. My photographs that we had displayed for my sons funeral were hanging out of the hole along with his cross necklace. I am glad the cross was not lost. But half of the photographs are gone. I am devastated that my memories of my son are gone because of the mishandling of my package. I was outside when the UPD driver delivered the package and I noticed the hole right away. He checked his truck but did not find any loose photographs and did not offer any regret or information on how I could report it. My son passed away at only 37 years old. I want those photographs back. I am missing at least 30 of them. My heart is broken and I am so dissatisfied in your service. The box was marked fragile yet mot handled properly.

  Great easy drop off, they taped my box and printed the label. This is the best I've been treated by any ups store. Deserves 5 stars!
