  Im sure this location is GREAT! However, during my trip their system was down and unable to assist. I could tell the girls working that day were stressed.

  Got there early on a Sat. morning. Someone took care of me pretty fast. Asked for a reciept. No paper. Employee went to the back to get more paper. After 4 or 5 minutes returned, couldn't find any paper to print a receipt. So I took a picture of my return label and left after employee apologized. Seems extra paper should be avaliable near the printer at all times.

  Worst delivery experience, customer service told me I should be able to pickup a package and there was an idiot at front desk came from the back telling me I can’t pickup until Monday as that was the commitment date and I was like what the hell does it even mean , I am here it’s my damn package and I am here….

  I’m going to assume this is the fedex that delivers my luxury packages to my house. The driver is so patient and accommodating anytime he drops off a package that needs a signature, the customer service exceeds my expectations every time!!! The best shipping ever!!!!!!!
