  I just wanted to say that I went there to get a new battery for my car and the staff was amazing. Jaymond was especially helpful and volunteered to put my battery in my car for free. I wasn't aware that was there policy and right away he asked if I wanted him to put in it for me and he did happily. I will definitely come back there the next time I need parts for my car.

  So I ran into an issue with the auxiliary battery on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The new battery didn't come with stud bolts like the old one had and I didn't realize it until I accessed the battery compartment under the front passenger seat. It turns out that apparently you're supposed to reuse the original studs because they're special factory parts. Well not knowing this, and not having a special star-socket to remove the old ones, I thoroughly chewed one of them up with some pliers, because I was SURE I could loosen it. But after a few tries, I decided to cut my losses to prevent further damage and took the old battery back up to the store to get my core deposit and to see if they could help with either selling me new stud bolts (I didn't yet know they are factory parts) or loosen the ones in the old battery. This is where Chelsea and Jay come in. These two went above and beyond in helping me with this. Jay discovered the stud bolts are factory parts. Chelsey offered a mallet to fully seat the star-socket that Jay had, and then Jay was able to loosen both stud bolts! Crisis averted! My only cost? A few beads of sweat, thinking I had ruined one of the stud bolts. I am truly grateful for the support! Thank you, guys!

  Thank Chelsea for helping me select the right battery and taking the time to properly test everything. I was having multiple warning lights and acceleration issues on my 2018 Honda CR-V, and she was patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process. I especially want to give a huge thank you to Jaymond Lawson for going above and beyond to help diagnose and fix the issue. He took the time to explain things clearly, checked everything carefully, and helped identify that the leaking battery was likely causing the problems. After replacing the battery, all the warning lights disappeared and the car is running perfectly again. I truly appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and effort he put into helping me instead of just pushing unnecessary repairs. Excellent customer service all around!
