  Couldn’t toast subs. Meatball sub was cold. Scanned our coupons but they didn’t work and they wouldn’t honor it when it didn’t work and then didn’t give it back to us because it was scanned. Told us to go online to complain and get refund which is an even worse process to try and go thru.

  I ordered for delivery to get both the wrong subs and then I called to inform them on it and they never said to bring the subs back just to get there to have to go back to my house and get the subs….. worst subway ever

  Apparently, one online sandwich order and me waiting for one 6 inch sub was too overwhelming for the middle-aged person who doesn't understand basic customer service.
