  A real fun and friendly group of guys that helped me today. They helped me work through a printing issue and ship a couple packages. They were exactly the people I needed to deal with after a rough day at work. I look forward to coming back to this area and they will certainly be my shipper.

  This store refused to accept my Amazon return because it was in the original manufacturer packaging that Amazon used for shipping. The employee was also rude and claimed there was a special policy between Amazon and UPS requiring additional packaging. I contacted Amazon, and they confirmed that no such policy exists. Other UPS Store locations have accepted the same type of return without any issue.
