The fact that a residential small box cost me $53.46 to ship from Michigan to Ohio, with no guarantee and that was the purchase of a box as well is outrageous! She told me it would take 3 to 5 business days. It's literally 2 hours away if that. This is unreal. How do they stay in business? The woman behind the counter is also very rude and short and impolite. I get it she's busy and I don't really take offense to it because I understand. But I can tell you that most people will take offense to it and not like it and I can see by the comments that's already happening. Then she didn't even package up the box in front of me she put it aside and said she would do it later which concerns me and I don't even know if it's going to go out. This was yesterday on Saturday and it's Sunday so it wouldn't have gone out yesterday she said it wouldn't go out until Monday. So nearly a week and I've paid $50 to get this there and I have no idea if she even packaged it up. Why couldn't it have gone out yesterday it was early enough in the day. Never again will I come back here.
What's going on here? I think people need an explanation. The value of the package was probably maximum $100. This is partly my mistake because I should have just said no and turned around and walked out and went to the FedEx store. That's what I will be doing next time.
Side note- street names are capitalized including drive when you just abbreviate Dr.
UPDATE- PACKAGE STATES IT WAS SCANNED ON JUNE 6TH WITH AN ESTIMATED ARRIVAL DATE OF JUNE 10TH BUT NO MOVEMENT AS OF TODAY JUNE 9TH. Only one scan. This is concerning.

I guess this woman given her tone demeanor for crisp comments, not a word of kindness and expression of impatience, downright rude. If she was having a bad day, she said no she was having a good day. I watched her treat everybody who came in and out with no civility, but an awful place to go.

The Google listing shows this location closes at 6:00 pm. I arrived a few minutes before 6, fully aware I’d be in and out quickly. The door was open and the lights were on.
An associate came out from the back and simply said, “We’re closed,” and walked away.
I called out and asked if he could help print a label real quick. My item was already boxed and ready to go. He came back out, said “no,” and walked away again.
If you are closed, indicate that you are closed. Lock the door. Turn off the lights. Leaving the store open while treating customers with this level of indifference and rudeness is unacceptable.
If this is the standard of customer care, it’s embarrassing.
