  Rude people who dismiss you when their online ordering system is screwed up. I was charged twice through the subway app yet it says error order not placed. I walked in I order almost every day… showed them this is the fist time I’ve ever interacted with these people which I will never again. The way that lady shooed me away and told me nothing came on their screen even though I’m showing her my bank account and the double charge. She said go to my order history it will show it was not placed I go to my order history it shows it was placed twice then he goes an yells tapping at the computer it’s not here it’s not here… that’s the same guy I take back I had an interaction with yesterday I walked in just wanting to buy a cookie waited behind a older lady who ordered a sandwich he sat there and ignored me pretended I was not standing there but Let the two white girls get their cookie that ran from the self check out to ask how much the cookies were. Being that I work over this way options are limited for food .

  The worker who helped me was super nice, quick and friendly. The baja chicken was good. I wish the tomatoes were more in season, but it's rare to find that in a chain. I'll be coming back for sure.

  Autumn is the main reason that I am giving a 5 star! She was so nice and good to talk to. She was patient and so polite and made my food PERFECTLY!!! You should be the one who trains anyone that works there! They cut the bread wrong most of the time and slop the sandwich together. But NOT Autumn! She does it perfectly like how I did when I worked at subway… how your supposed to do!!! Thank you Autumn!!!! ❤️

  I see a lot of negative reviews but I come here all the time and all the employee's that seem to act really badly no longer work there. But I like going here because I like to eat the cookies and I like how they always have fresh bread because it always tastes really good. My uncle Nick is the new owner and he's WAY better than the old one, so I recommend not listening to any of the old reviews.
