  It was my first time here, and it will be my last. The lady working shut the open sign off as I pulled up at 7:50. She rushed off and I got out of my car. I opened the door, and i kid you not it was the nastiest glare I’ve been given. My family was on the phone telling me their order, and she was not pleased. I asked “are you closed?” She smacked her hand on the sandwhich station “in 3 minutes” no maam you have 10 minutes be real. So I ordered and lady was disgustingly rude. My husband said his order over the phone and she all of a sudden got less snippy. She asked what I wanted on my sandwhich and my husband wanted the spicy the way it came. She goes “yeah people typically just tell me what they want on it, read me what comes on it” excuse me? Whatever, she then had all the veggies with lids on and ripped the lids off very aggressively and like I was an inconvenience, and mind you she wasted her time cause I told her we were very basic and didn’t want all the veggies anyways, she had a comment for that too but I just shook my head. She wraps the sandwhiches and keeps mubmling stuff, I’m assuming she was on something cause she was very flustered about the simplest stuff, like marking the sandwhiches. She also failed to realize I’m a manager in fast food, the register didn’t malfunction like she said, she closed the drawer out early and tried to cover herself. Train your employees better, or get more quality people to work for you, this was just ridiculous to deal with.

  The woman that is working now is very rude I did not order anything I left will not be going there for awhile

  The woman serving me today gave me an attitude because I wanted to put my mustard & mayonnaise on top of the meat. She was upset because she would “get it on her hands“ she had gloves on. Proceeded to give me the nastiest attitude, before I left I told her have a nice day, she said nothing. Smh.

  I love this subway so clean and delicious I met the manager her name is u.p she's so sweet and so patient I will be back thank u guys for my delicious subs
