  I wanted to take a moment to recognize the two ladies working at the Lenox, Mi Subway location. When I visited, the store was unbelievably busy, and there was a constant flow of customers. Despite the rush, these two ladies handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuinely positive attitudes. They were making sandwiches, keeping orders, organized, communicating with customers, and politely ask everyone to be patient will never appearing frustrated or overwhelmed. In a time when great Customer Service can be hard to find, these two employees stood out. I wish I would’ve got their names but they were working on June 10, 2026 at 1 o’clock in the afternoon. They kept the line moving, treated everyone with respect, and made what could have been a stressful experience, a pleas Both of those ladies absolutely deserve recognition for the job they were doing. Please pass along my appreciation to them and their manager. Employees like these are big reason customers continue to come back.
