  Taylor was great!!!🎉💯 Very friendly and helpful. My sandwiches were great the only thing was you had forgotten my sauce 🤷‍♀️ But I totally forgive you because if we weren't having such great conversation that even I had forgotten to look 🤦‍♀️😄 I would have definitely had given you way more stars had they offered thrm!😍🎉

  A few months ago I ordered 2 subs on my way to Stoney Creek. I went on the app to place my order. The app asked me which location I wanted to order my food at and I chose the Washington Township 26 Mile location on the app, I even made sure to Map it to ensure there was no mistakes on which one. When I placed my order for some reason the app still placed it at the Lenox location even though I switched it. I called Lenox as soon as I knew to cancel my order because it was placed at the wrong location. I was told that it was too late and they were going to charge me anyway. I stated that I was a regular customer there and love the service in sandwiches I get at Lenox and asked them to please not charge me this one time even though I don't think it was my fault I think it was the apps fault, the guy who answered the phone told me he would talk to the manager about it but the sandwiches were already made so it was nothing he could do. I was way too far to pick up those sandwiches. I haven't been back since. I just don't understand why it was worth losing a regular customer over an honest error due to the app. It was very disappointing.
